Which size fits me?
The knitting process of our fabrics makes all of our Medima products particularly soft and stretchy. This offers the advantage of achieving a certain degree of flexibility and overlap in our clothing sizes. Therefore, the size information for individual products should primarily be considered a guideline.
We have nevertheless put together a detailed size overview for you.
Which countries does Medima ship to?
We ship your order within Germany and to other European countries.
We also ship to Switzerland, USA, Canada, UK and Norway.
Would you like to have our products sent to another country?
Then please contact our customer service shop@medima.de
How much are the shipping costs?
All information about applicable shipping costs as well as processing and shipping times can be found in our shipping information .
Can I track my delivery?
Yes! With every order, you will receive a DHL tracking code via email, which you can use to track your delivery.
Where can I find the invoice for my order?
A printed invoice is included with your order.
Can I return or exchange purchased products?
Quality and sustainability are very important to us. Therefore, we strive to keep our return rate as low as possible in the long term. To achieve this, we subject each of our products to particularly strict quality controls. Furthermore, the knitting process offers greater elasticity and flexibility of the fabrics, which also allows for a certain degree of flexibility in size and fit.
If you still want to return an item, you can do so within the statutory return period of 30 days.
Please note that items can only be returned to us unworn and in their original packaging . For free returns, please use only the DHL return label provided by us. Postage-paid packages will not be accepted.
For returns from European and non-European countries, please contact our customer service in advance.
We are also happy to exchange an item you have already ordered. To exchange it for a different size or similar, please contact our customer service at info@medima.de or use our contact form .
What do I have to do if I want to return an item?
If you wish to exchange or return an item, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. This means it must be returned to us unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
If these requirements are met, you can create a free DHL return label for returns from Germany.
For returns from European and non-European countries, please contact us a shop@medima.de or via our contact form .
We will inspect the return and notify you once we have processed the refund.
Who bears the costs of the return shipment?
Returns for orders within Germany are free of charge.
Please create a DHL return label for this purpose. We will not accept postage-paid packages.

Can I also buy Medima products in brick-and-mortar stores?
Of course! You can find an overview of all retailers that carry our Medima products in our retailer overview .
Is VAT included in my order?
For orders to Germany and other European countries, the corresponding VAT is automatically included.
Orders from third countries (Switzerland, Norway, UK, Canada and USA) are VAT-free.
Where can I redeem a voucher or discount code?
You can enter a valid discount code or voucher in the designated field during checkout.
I forgot to enter my discount code when ordering. Can I still redeem it later?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to subsequently apply a voucher or discount code.
How do I properly care for my Medima laundry?
We want you to enjoy your Medima products for a long time!
All our collections are machine washable on a gentle cycle. Please refer to the detailed information in the item description or on the care label.
Airing instead of washing : Often, it's enough to air our laundry overnight instead of washing it right away. This protects the fibers and the environment!
Suitable detergent: Please only use a detergent suitable for wool and natural fibers. For optimal care, we recommend our care products for wool and delicates.
Dry lying down: It is best to dry the laundry lying down after washing and then pull it into shape if necessary.
